Hi, Gary. Thanks for commenting.

Unfortunately, it costs too much to publish the book since it is full-color. I only printed 5 copies to distribute to libraries and archives.

But, anyone can print the book from their computer. From the page located on my website:

1) Click on the "Enlarge this document in new window" link below the small image to the right.

2) When the new window opens, locate the icon of the printer in the small black bar at the top of the page. You can only print 15 pages at a time, but you can select the page numbers you wish to print.

I hope this is helpful, and I hope you enjoy the book.
