Meeting the Mayor of Bath

Today the CamFam enjoyed a meeting and coffee hosted by the mayor of Bath, Paul Crossley, and his wife, Margaret. He welcomed us into his office and greeted us individually and as group. I had the honor of responding to his greeting on behalf of the group. Referred to as "Mr. Mayor," his official title is The Right Worshipful, The Mayor of Bath. Paul Crossley is the 789th mayor of Bath, with the earliest known mayor dating back to the year 577. Mr. Mayor and his wife spent a complete hour with us and are most cordial and welcoming. He also took us unto the council debating hall and explained to us the local government process. Anthony Martin, the mayor's assistant, was most welcoming and informative also.
